Came in for a full service wash machine broke down just before my turn had already paid so staff hand washed my car and the young thin man with blue braids made my experience a pleasure as he not only was professional but kept positive and pleasant during it all. This young man needs a raise and the green backpack put a smile on my face
I have a new convertible that I wanted hand washed. Even though they don't advertise hand washing I stopped and asked. The manager happily quoted a reasonable price then did it himself. And he did a GREAT job. Very happy and will be back!

I purchased a monthly membership that typical car washes will allow you to have unlimited access. I went in and spoke to a manager Jeff and expressed my disappointment with the access. The manager was very standoffish and pretty rude. That being said my experience was very poor and do not recommend using this facility to service your car.
They have gone from bad to worse: paid for bug scrub still have bugs, rear end of my SUV still dirty, only a couple of va s actually work correctly, far age overflowing... equipment not maintained. Avoid them
