Run do not walk away from this company. Complete disorganization - No communications between sales staff, installers and home office.Literally no one has any idea of what is going on. Told by sales staff they have sold too many generators to complete installation within a reasonable period, installers say they can't raise anyone at the office to communicate to customers, office says someone will be here today...blah blah blah. Everyone has an excuse at EE. Told by their salesman we had a 250 gallon tank, I told him I thought it was 500. Assured me I was wrong so we bought a new tank. Of course the tank they took out was 500 gallons so I have a torn up yard and loss of landscaping for nothing. Moreover they do not hookup gas before they left and we were left with no gas over labor day weekend - could not cook, shower, etc. Told generator would be installed the week before Irma - stayed at home because of this and of course it was not installed and they didn't even have the professional courtesy to call and tell us they wouldn't show. We have a house in Georgia we could have went to but stayed locally because of their representations. Finally generator installed but specifications do not match what we paid for - we were told last week told it would be corrected and of course no one showed. I am sure the owner will dispute some or all of this but you really can't make this stuff up. We installed a generator in our home in Georgia and Cantor Power systems was flawless - from the time we went into Home Depot until installation was less than a month. Moreover we had someone from the Cantor call us several times a week updating us as to the progress of our installation. This is a business model EE should consider copying as it led to a very enjoyable customer experience.

Routine service is ok, but in an emergency after hours you call, leave a message, the secretary eventually retrieves the call, she calls a technician and the tech then calls you to let you know when he can get there. Seems a bit inefficient. Got a recall notice from Generac about a part that requires inspection. Energized told me they don't have the part, they don't know when they are going to get the part, and they could not arrange for an inspection as required by Generac until they do. I could be put on a list and be called some day if I wanted. No thanks. I called Generac to complain and got service elsewhere. That's what I will do from now on.

Do not stay on schedule. Customer service likes to say ma'am alot even though my name is on screen. People do not listen when you do walk through. Job was supposed to be done by mid July and here we are in August. They came today, yah, only to place a slab. Wrong way by the way. Office assistant states that is the diagram. Again walk thru they put want they want. I am paying good money to people who think they have me by.. .oh wait they do can not cancel without getting my money back. But yah get 1 year free service maintenance. I am worried this is how I feel now and I only have a slab. Started June 19th.

Great people at all levels of this company! They were there when I needed them and answered all the questions I had. The employees are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I wouldn't go to anyone else! I highly recommend them.

After calling for an estimate the owner Will came over to do the estimate I have had a Generac for 14 years that needed replacing. Once I agreed on an below average estimate we set the date for installation. Due to weather after paying for an expedited permit the owner Will personally called me and asked if they could reschedule for a week later, knowing no storms were in the works I agreed knowing how hard it is to work around mother nature and rain almost every day. After the installation date came partner and head electrician Mike arrived for the job and the work was completed in 2 days with both owner son's as workers what quality work and attention to detail could not be more happy with the outstanding job done, great work and I would recommend this company to anyone
