Had some issues but we had the owner take care of the problem. He was great!
I had major issues with customer service . Minutes after posting my review the owner personally called me. Was very polite and resolved the whole issue. Needless to say I am very impressed and happy with the outcome. Thanks Joe of Goodfellas for caring about your customers. That's what will continue to keep me coming back
I have to say after reading some of the previous reviews I'm not certain what they were looking for. The service and food I have gotten both delivered and enjoyed on site has been top notch. I enjoy their food at least 4 times a month.
***UPDATE: Shortly after posting the previous review we received a call from a Goodfella's employee. They spoke with my husband and were very polite and understanding as to why we were upset with our order! They sent another driver to us with two $10 gift card and an hand written apology! It isn't very often that you come across such amazing customer service and awesome wings at a reasonable price! We will defiantly be ordering from them a lot more for now on! Thanks again!
We order 2 chicken parm dinners and the cheese wasnt that melted and the sauce was super sweet
I just ordered a 24 piece wings online from here, hot well done and sauce on the side. They came late with the hot sauce on them! I ordered them that way so that my young kids could also eat them. Now I have soggy wings that my kids can't eat, we ended up going to get them something else. The wings are tasty, even though they are soaked in hot sauce.
