It was lovely , i went between 2-4 with my 2 year old which loved it and my close friend, my daughter loved the swings . We walked thru the jetty towards the beach and watched some windsurfs, we've been twice this week
Everybody that goes out to eat at the restaurants is parking in the jetty. The jetty park is for people that goes to the jetty and fishermen. Those parking does not belong to restaurant people. This is going to create a company to put pay meters and push out the people trying to enjoy the jetty. I would never pay for parking, when that day come i would go somewhere else.
Great place for fishing, picnics, searching for shells, or just enjoying the beach. Public restrooms are available and are kept clean. There are several bar/restaurants within a very short walking distance.
Absolutely love this place, had my 17th birthday, my first job and countless happy days here. I visited again after a few years being away and it seems even better than I remember. The renovations really brought this park up a notch.
Great place to walk! Lots of locals who frequent daily. It has the beach, biking, benches, fishing, pier and restaurants all in one. Great for families, couples, or individuals. Bring a hat and a bottle of water.
