Cozy place with a view of the beach. Staff is friendly, bartenders attentive and selection is good but the food is decent at best, sadly

Yup, you guessed it, visited The Inn at Ocean Village with my book club. We are called the Literary Divas by the way and we loved the atmosphere and the food here. Such a calming atmosphere, a great place to discuss a book and share time with friends. And the view! Spectacular. There's a great wine list but also mixed drinks and a variety of beer's are on the menu so no one will be disappointed. The food is really good. The rolls that come with your meal are like nothing I've experienced in a roll. It was this buttery citrusy soft puff of air. I had the soup and it was silky soft and perfect in taste and temperature. Also the hushpuppies. You just can't eat one. One of the Diva's owns a cottage at Ocean Village and that's how we found out about this lovely spot but the restaurant is open to the public so plan your visit soon. Hope you found this helpful. Fantastic relaxed friendly atmosphere. Bar lounge service excellent top notch. Entertainment up scale and provides various styles. Food is five star with great service.
