I arrived 5 minutes before they closed, and the open sign was still on . Okay I understand the inconvenience of arriving that close to closing bit the open sign was still on . I walked in and the guy said we are closed but obviously the time that was on the window said 9 but he refused my service because it was just too inconvenient for him I guess. Terribly sorry I won't be so inconvenient next time.
Well i called for 20 minutes straight then when i got here the guy didnt care that his phone had been off the hook for 20 min he took the ladies waiting order then mine then omg the phone rang and he took that ones order made me feel like i shouldnt even had told him the phone was off the hook causethen i had to wait even longer.
I ordered a mocha madness with peanut butter but when I got it, it tasted weird/wrong like they left something out. I brought it back and the lady, older lady with raspy voice, tried to make me think it was because there was peanut butter in it. I told her I know what they're supposed to taste like and this was wrong. She then proceeded to give directions to the other girl there and said something to the effect of making it just like the last one where nothing was wrong with it. What a condescending b****. What possible reason do I have to order the same smoothie twice? Maybe pay attention to what you are putting in it or leaving out of it, and you won't have customers returning your poorly made smoothies. I was the second person in the 10 minutes I was there to bring a smoothie back because it was wrong.
The reason i gave a 2 star is because the smoothie was excellent and the place was clean. Everything else was awful.Called to place my order and still had to wait 20minutes to get it because they said i never called so i had to show them thr call list on my phone. I asked for no cheese on a buffalo chicken wrap and they put cheese on it and left out the buffalo sause and they even forgot the chips that went with the meal. This is the 3rd time they have messed up. I will no longer go back after 3 mess ups
