Could use a lol clean up but its not bad. I walk at night with my kids before bed to wind them down n I just moved in.. Its not that bad like I said just need to clean up there yards a lil but there's alot of kids so ppl to play with for families.
we're right by the water, we have a large pool and a large community. We're conveniently close to pretty much everything we need. I would like to see improvements on the parks organization, lawncare and management/ up-keeping of the things we have on our property
Some pet owners don't clean up after animals. Melissa is very nice, she does what she can. Otherwise, property poorly maintained, concerns don't always get resolved, owner non existent, they don't have enough staff members they always seem to be losing lawn service and maintenance guys. Wished owner spent more money on making the park safer in stead of taking profits.
Have been told by management that "improvements" can't be made because of increased taxes, expenses etc... Did my research taxes are roughly 70-80k, I wonder where our $$$ goes. It seems like a revolving circle of B.S. they'll tell you anything just to send you on your way.

I can never get in contact with the office I can call 50+ times no answer, mailbox always full, voicemails not returned, closed during business hours, little to none pest control.
Lots of families, laid back community, 5 mins from Hutchinson island beaches, 2 mins to fishing spots. Not a horrible place to live it could be worse. Wished there was a place at office to post all for sale listings in stead of driving around aimlessly.
