I. Have been put on hold and told two patients ahead. Fifteen minutes later asked if i can continue to hold. Called back again 20 minute hold operator came bac on and said same thing. I told her i was tired of waiting and wanted to talk to someone. She said she wood get someone and i was disconnected. This is unacceptable . Get more respect from our trash collector. At least he says thank you for your service. What a disgrace !
When you call every time there is always a 10-20 min hold. Most of the time you have to call back and wait another 10-20 min because of the length of the call and the system hanging itself up Completely unacceptable.
