I scheduled an appointment here early January for the end of February, they were in network with my insurance and everything was set. Showed up for my appointment and they told me I wasn't in their system at all and are no longer accepting new patients. Now to have to drive 3 towns over and wait another couple months, mind you I have a chronic painful disease I needed treatment for today, and wait to see if I can get in elsewhere.

Claudette Johns was very thorough. She took detailed info. I had blood work, and talked briefly with Dr. McCain. I would have liked to stay there, but the payment of fees was complicated, and they ended up overcharging me. I have since signed up for a Medicare complete HMO (AARP medicare complete "Focus" and have to transfer to a new doctor, because WFHC doesn't take HMO's.
