From a first-time customer: great arrangement from a simple phone call to them. Recipient was delighted, and I was surprised how well-done they were on little notice. I'll be back!
I ordered a bouquet for my grandmother's birthday from 1800 flowers. Not only did it not arrive on the correct delivery date, but when it was delivered the next day it was delivered to the wrong address, despite having the correct address on the order. When it did finally arrive (after being brought over by a neighbor) it looked nothing like the picture advertised on 1800 flowers website. I am very disappointed by this service, and unfortunately my grandmother got cheap flowers days late for her 89th birthday.

Someone from Abagail's told my mother that they wanted their ugly bouquet back (probably to reuse) and wanted my mother to dig in her garbage for the vase before they would redeliver a new bouquet. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend them and I have reported them to 1 800 Flowers for their atrocious and harassing customer service.

I spent over $90 on a bouquet from 1 800 Flowers for my mother for her birthday. Abagail's delivered an arrangement that was essentially a $30 supermarket bouquet in an ugly cheap vase that did not match the quality or design of what was ordered. My mother, not wanting to hurt my feelings, sent me a photo of the bouquet and immediately put the ugly cheap vase in the recycling bin and used one she already had. When I received a photo of the bouquet, I notified 1 800 Flowers IMMEDIATELY because it was NOT what I had ordered or paid for. The bouquet was not the large full variety that I had selected and I recognized the cheap vase from my own excursions to Goodwill. A customer service rep from 1 800 Flowers contacted me and stated that they had scheduled a redelivery the following day. I notified my mother to expect another arrangement and we thought we were done.
RUDE RUDE RUDE - Received a call saying they were coming to pick up my flowers because the person who sent them to me said the arrangement was too small. Plus she said a few other rude things in her rude condescending tone, we are coming out right away!, she said. ( I never mentioned that they looked small or WILTED, I didn't want to hurt my friend) Long story short they came & picked them up, replaced them with a much smaller version (STILL WILTED) Of course they did that because of the complaint. SMART FOR RETURN BUSINESS!!!! No worries, put them in the trash and decided to let everyone know what a terrible place this is. PRICELESS!!
