Ordered flower arrangement (2 days prior) for my sister for her 40th birthday 5/10/10. Called just before noon to check the status of the delivery. Rude man tried to make excuses as to why it was not sent yet. He said they had not received a flower delivery yet. I understand that, however, I feel as though they should have called me to inform me that maybe, just maybe, they would get a delivery and maybe, just maybe, they would be able to fufill my order....This way, I could have the option of calling another florist, or cancelling the order. The man was RUDE and sarcastic and felt as though if the flowers got to her office after 3pm, no big deal. To him, maybe not, to me, the customer and to the birthday girl, it is. I wanted her to have the flowers to enjoy her WHOLE birthday! Call Cheney's instead!
I called them and ordered a bunch last year for $45 which were delivered promptly. Feel I beat the middle man like flowers .com, Did the same today and they had me on record so it was a breeze. Will update if there is a problem with the order today which I doubt!
