I think it's a pain most of us work Monday thru friday! How about sat@ Sunday it would help people who pay for this service! I mean even a 1/2 day ! What a shame! This is why I don't us iOS.
TERRIBLE instead of calling the phone number that is listed they just refuse to deliver because they "think" the building is vacant ... Hello idiots ... I'm inside and I have been waiting for you to arrive, yesterday and today. was actually standing outside when your lazy driver drove by without stopping... LAZY DRIVERS Expecting 450 packages and they just blow it off because they are LAZY ...DIDN'T HAVE THESE ISSUES WITH FED EX.....They showed up and delivered . You know, actually stopped truck and asked.
I visited here the evening of 10/4 and let me just say I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service. A woman named Tammy “helped” me, not really helped, more like stood there with a nasty look on her face from even being in her presence. We had never been in there before and she said nothing. We received no help. To top it off, she spelled the company name wrong that I was mailing my envelope to, 3 times. And it was STILL spelled wrong after the third time of her printing the label out and me spelling it out on a piece of paper for her. I wouldn’t even go back inside because of her DISGUSTING attitude. If you can spare the gas to drive a little further, seriously, do it. This place is a joke. If you dislike your job THAT much then leave and don’t take it out on customers spending almost $70 to mail an envelope.
Customer service was the WORST I've ever had in my life just today! I went to the Fort Pierce, Florida UPS at 1:25 pm and as soon as I got there the blonde lady had an attitude with me and she didnt let me use the computer that was supposed to be for customers service as it said in the monitor and I was trying to log in with my UPS ID and she said with an attitude and high voice: What are you trying to do there?. I told her I was trying to log in my account so she could see that I've already payed for the shipping of my package since I couldn't bring a copy of it. She said: you can't use that computer because UPS don't have internet there! I hope UPS can get rid of this situation, I had a bad moment and I don't think I'm coming back to that place if she's there.
Received a notification my package was being dropped off at a UPS Store for me to go pick up because no one was home to accept the package which was a blatant lie. I had been home the whole afternoon, no one came to the door, there was no knock, no notice left on the door, the driver never even tried to deliver it. I tried to call the customer center but I strongly suspect my call was routed to some overseas "customer service" switchboard who took my name and number and said someone would give me a call. When someone called reference to my botched delivery in Florida, they were calling from New Jersey. The woman on the phone had no idea why my complaint was sent to her and she would send it to the local office. They called and said they had asked the driver and he said he attempted to deliver, no one was home and he left a notice. Again, not a knock on the door all day and no notice left. I get this kind of nonsense all the time from our FedEx driver and UPS has been pretty good. Not this time.
