J.A. Taylor does a superb job when installing a roof, especially a metal roof. The 5 quotes I got before choosing JA Taylor was what got my attention. The metal used by JA Taylor is heavier gauge than all the other competitors, and I was given a color chart to pick a color. Other quotes did not offer a color, and when it was mentioned, there was a substantial charge attached. JA Taylor was the only company to offer a standing seam metal roof. This means that there are no visible screws showing on the roof. Other companies offered only a 5V Crimp metal roof, where all of the screws that hold it down are visible, and will need occasional screw tightening, and in some cases screw replacement. This is because there is a rubber seal under the screw, and the rubber can become old and cause water to penetrate the roof if not attended to promptly. Do a Google search for Standing seam metal roof, and then 5V Crimp metal roof to see the difference. Take a drive around any neighborhood in Florida, you will quickly notice 5V Crimp roofs, and the JA Taylor standing seam roof. My roof is the most beautiful in my entire development, and neighbors ask me about it all the time. I have received many complements on how my home looks because of the new roof. Be sure to ask for a peel and stick underlayment, there will be an up charge over felt, but you will get that back from your insurance company when you get a new wind mitigation report, and submit it to your insurance company. The cost to me for peel and stick was $1500, but my insurance cost went down by $1400 in the first year. Lastly, know that Florida Wind Mitigation inspections need to be done every few years to keep the information updated, in order to continue to get the discounts on your home improvements.

I was always told they were the best in the bizz. WRONG! The ladies in the front office refer you to Raul. He rarely answers his phone and speaks little to no english. 3 times Raul's amigos came over and not once did the leak get fixed. If I could it would be 0 stars. NO ONE HONORS THEIR WORD ANYMORE! Customers are no longer important. Does this rating even mean anything? Hmmmmmm......
I had my roof done last year. The price was not only the best I could find but they were recommended by people that I was doing business with. I have told everyone how great this company treated me as a female and it is time I said something online. I cannot say enough about my experience,they did a beautifull job ☆☆☆☆☆
