They disregard safety isues for heavy machinery (crane) and overall safety for each individual. And owner has a drinking problem and likes to pick fights also heard Mr Chris long has a problem with drugs.
Roof Authority came out immediately when I called them with my problem of a leak. They repaired the leak and were paid promptly. With the recent heavy rains, the leak is still in the same place though not as bad. When I first contacted them, I spoke with a very nice lady who told me no problem they would take care of it. I asked to be called 10 minuted before they came out ( as no specific time was given). They came out and didn't call me and left their card in the door. I called back and was told that leak repair have no guarantee and that there would probably be a charge although they had not looked at it. I said if I had known that from the start I never would have hired them. They still have not looked at their work nor gotten back to me.
Thus I would never recommend this company...it appears once they get your money you're on your own and they don't stand up for their work. I'm grateful that someone else will read this and not get swindled!! By the way my bill was over $1600.00!!!!!
