. Take ur pet some where else. We will have to live with the what is. Don't make the same mistake we did.
I don't think they care as much about the animals as they do the money. We took our little dog there at 4 in the am. He had only been sick for 1 day. He had diarrhea with blood in it since that morning and he had not eaten all day. About 3.30 am he had a seizure. He had never had one before and had never been sick since we rescued him from the shelter . 8 months prior. After examining the dog for a few minutes with no obvious idea. The doctor went into the back to prepare the bill. She returned with an estimated 600 to 800 to do what she called minimum treatment. She clearly did not have any clue what was wrong with him. And to b honest don't think she really cared. In the end 887 dollars later. We had to put him down. We still don't know what was wrong or if he could have been saved. If we had the 3 to 5 thousands she quoted to keep him for 3 more days
Very friendly staff and veterinarians. Will be recommending this place to all family and friends. Thank you so much for your kind words and for being here on Thanksgiving when no one else was open.
The doctors and techs at Animal Emergency and Referral center are Fantastic!! I brought my puppy "Ziggy" to them, he was so sick to his stomach, they made me feel welcomed and they really took care of him! He was back to his normal spunky self in no time. Thank you AERC!
The Doctor's and staff are fantastic!! They are very caring and considerate. They took their time to thoroughly exam my dog and explain all the options to me. They were very attentive to my concerns and handled my pet as if it was one of their own. I am extremely happy with the service that I received and highly recommend them to anyone with a cat or dog.
***Update, my dog is doing great*** My dog tore the ligament in his knee and his knee cap was out of place. I took him to Animal Emergency & Referral Center where they did a CT scan and surgery to repair his knee. The staff members were so nice & helpful, and the surgeon Dr. Phillips called me everyday he was hospitalized. Thanks ladies & gent's for all your hard work. Tater tot is good as new!!!
