We have been going here for years. They have always been honest and caring. Staff is very friendly and gentle with my rescue pups.

My husband had to take our beloved Lucy to be put down. She suffered from CHF and it was obvious it was her time to go. She had a hard time breathing last night and we felt she need to go and end her pain. She was a loyal and loving dog so we owed her a peaceful passing. My husband said the doctor and staff were kind and gentle with Lucy. When it was time my husband was there and he said Lucy was treated well and went peacefully. Thank you all for you kindness.

Caring staff, have been to several vets in the area and Dr. O'Connor is one of if not the best. Had a minor emergency one evening at 9:30, called the office thinking I"d get the number for the local emergency vet but was able to talk with Dr. O'Connor and solve the problem. He always offers all possible options and when it is time to say goodbye he is very compassionate. And if that isn't enough the fees are reasonable as well.

We had an unexpected incident with our 6 month old puppy. No other office would see her with out payment in full up front. Because we were so unprepared for this accident to happen at the time we were unable to come up with enough funds to even have her examined. I was referred to Holy Family and from the first phone call they were amazing! They were in complete understanding of not being prepared and were able to work with us. They took such good care of our girl at each visit. They really just cared about her well being and not just how much money they could get out of us. It was very relieving and pleasant to have a vet and staff that cared for her as much as we do. I will refer everyone I know! If you want above and beyond service and care for your pet, take them HOLY FAMILY! Awesome people.

I bring my dog "Bones" & cat "Lady Baby" there for everything from nail trimming to serious illnesses. His staff is so sweet and Dr. O'Connor is very helpful in explaining everything to us. I have recommended his office to several people. I would not take my babies to anyone else. They even call me when my babies are not feeling well.
