We reserved and paid for a car, as soon as they took the money out of the account they called us back to tell us that they didn't have any vehicles available for the next 2 days. We called the nearest location to us and they didn't have any vehicles available either. So we call customer service and they lost our reservation because the costumer service rep misspelled our name. So we ended up cancelling the reservation and now I have to wait 10 business days to get my money returned to my account. Ruined our entire weekend and the worst experience ever to date!! I give BUDGET AVIS A -10
I booked a car by phone, Budget representative tells me that some body will pick me up at 10 am in my location next day, nobody calls me nobody comes. I made about 15 calls to a national center, one representative tells me that I'll have a 20$ off from a rental for a taxi, I took an uber came there but office was closed!!!!!!!! I think this guys just took a day off whenever they want. So I spent another 20$ for coming back. Worst experience I ever have.
Worst customer service. Was here at 8 am sharp and no one was here. Finally two employees came at 8:21am and didn't get an explanation about their lateness neither an "I'm sorry ". Parking lot is sloppy and dirty.
If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. They book cars without having any on the lot. Then they are rude to the customer. Phyllis and the other lady that work there are unprofessional and should NOT be involved in any business or customer service role. HORRIBlE experience !!!
This was the first and last time I use Budget. Poor customer service. The vehicle was not clean and smelled like cigarettes. I called the office and received no answer when I tried to extend a day. Then when I did get them on the phone they acted like I was bothering them. Horrible experience.
