called to make a reservation and asked the man if they had any minivan or any other vehicles of that size available. The man said he had one. i said okay what is the make of the car, if its big enough i would like to book it. he responded with "listen lady i have a lot of people calling here so i dont have time for this. its a 2012 here is our address, and then hung up on me. extremely rude and unprofessional. They just lost what could have been hundreds of dollars for the use of the rental car from us. wish i could leave a 0 star.
