Love them n use them anytime I need a vehicle!
Car was half-full with gas, but the contract had indicated it was 3/4 full. I called the office, and they said to refill it as full as it was when I received it. That worked out fine on our return. The car still was sandy on the inside -- could have been clearner.
I was supposed to write this review almost a month ago, but never saw time until now. I just wanted to talk about how my experience at this facility was top notch, thanks to the manager by the name of Ricky. I am a young guy that had plans on driving up to North Carolina and originally reserved a compact car. I saw a new red convertible Mustang and hinted that I would love to drive that specific car, especially since I already own a Mustang of the same model (I didn't want to put wear and tear on my own car, hence the rental). "Ask and you shall receive" is what I will always remember Ricky saying and that was actually the highlight of my vacation. He was very respectful and did everything in his power to satisfy the customer and coming from a family of business, I would hire him in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Ricky for everything!
The car I rented had a small malfunction. They were very apologetic about it and comped one day off the total price of my rental which was very nice of them. Overall great experience and customer service.
Anthony and Ricky are awesome whatever help I needed with my car rentals they were there to help me. Enterprise is very lucky to have a wonderful group of guys. I will send all my friends and family members there to rent cars from this location. Great job guys keep up the awesome job God bless you all! See you soon.
